Metal's Darkside have a new section to the web site, which is the VOD (video on demand) section of the web site. Where you can watch the videos you want, when you want and how you want.

We are currentely building our VOD library at the momemnt, so expect many many updates. Expect new videos from the latest band, and videos from the classics. From death metal, to prog, to stoner and everything else in between that is METAL!

I am hung over as hell!! We went to the Dimmu show lastnite to get some interviews-awesome!!
Unearth sounded larger than life when they played live!! I always like seeing them play live.
It was a treat seeing kataklysm , I have always liked their music, but was unable to catch them on a tour. Devildriver was another good one. It was nice interviewing Dez , he is one of the most perceptve people I have spoken with when it comes to touring & people in general
Dimmu was definitely the highlight of the night!! I loved seeig them play live at the Metal fest years ago & I loved seeing them play live lastnight!!! Never a let down with them.
We will be posting pictures in the next 24 hrs!!

METAL JAMS
It was fun co hosting this year's Metal Jams. We raised $3500.00 to donate to childern with autism. I cannot wait to be a part of this again next year!!
We will be posting more stuff this week.
Also, please be sure to register, if you have not already, to win some Dimebag Darrell hardware shirts!! I will be posting pics of that later today!!

I just got up!!
Fierst off, please check out the new Unearth interview & video posted on the interview page.
I had a blast a the Jager show last nite. If you ave'nt picked up the new Shadows Fall (Threads of Life) , pick it up!! The album is great. Their energy on stage was even more amazing. It was awesome seeing them play last night. Lacuna Coil was always good to see live. Cristina is one of the best frontwomen ever!!
It was nice catching up with some of my friends last night & then settling down for some Denny's at 2am for a nice strawberry lemonade!!
We got to the show early to interview all 3 bands on the bill.
I am getting ready to host a charity event this weekend caled "Metal Jams" .

Good nite!!
I am getting ready for the Type O Negative show tomorrow. I am totally stoked to see Celtic Frost in action tomorrow nite!!!
What else is new?? We added some new pics to the site.
I shot a live in the studio segment for the metal scene tv show, which went well.
I really enjoyed the new Dark Tranquility video.
It is hard to find many of my things since they are packed in boxes.
We went to the Rainbow a cpl of nites ago & the I realized why I cannot stand "the Hollywood wanna be crowd".
It was great as always to see some faces, but the rest-blahhhhhhhhhhhhhh-grosssssssss!!!!!!!
I am shooting stuff tomorrow for vol 4 of metal's darkside. We will be getting fan interviews at the parking lot at Celtic Frost. I love talking to metal fans because you all rule so friggin much!!!
This week is rather busy for me sice I have a few shows to cover & more interviews to edit & some photo shoots.
I will also be making new merchandise as well tha I am sure many of you will enjoy.
My cat is on the bed & think he is hinting to me that it s time to sleep.
Anyways, if you have'nt heard the new Scar Symmetry, pick it up!!!!
Okay, now the cat is brushing up against my hand so I can't type.
I gotta go.

California Metalfest
Hailz!!
We went to see Testament yesterday. I did a Testament & Ankla interview.
Testament was as great as they were in 92 when I saw them.
Chuck Billy was full of energy on stage & seeing Nick Barker play live was quite a treat since he' s one the best drummers ever!!
We will have a killswitch engage & dragonfoce interview posted soon & then many many more.
I wanted to welcome Brian to the Meteal's Darkside family. he will be the official band photographer who will contributing some kick ass pics to the site.
It was nice seeing the metal fest moved to a better venue.
